Just figured it out. Apparently you need a four year degree to get all the boxes checked. If you don't have a 4 year degree you won't show up. I changed mine to a four year degree and saved it and went to "compare your application" and the degree box was checked. I changed it back and the checkmark disappeared. They don't advertise it as a requirement but apparently they have the filter set to applicants needing a four year degree.
Has anyone been interviewed this year at AE without a four year degree?
