Oh yes! As always, you're spot on, DENNYCRANE... Personally I use the practice of never answering the phone unless I want to talk to them.
I typically confuse them by answering the phone "Emergency Pilot Staffing Desk" or something like that. Gotten a few "oh um... shoot, I meant to dial..."
It's quite funny.
