That's actually out of my league to calculate that.

As far as current staffing, we've got 12400 or so "on property" (including long term sick leave, furlough bypass, and mil leave) and run about a 10,500 or so required pilot operation.

The "required" pilot staffing is unrealistic, too. We could never run an op at that low of a number... that is a very basic minimum number that doesnt include real world absence levels.

Unlike my alma mater Pinnacle that doesnt include real world "unplanned" absence levels and tries to blame it on pilots. Bring that flying back to mainline FAST. Unbelieveable outsourced operations continue to hold water.
