Anyone have any info/familiarity with "International Contract Pilot" (aka ICP)?

Pilot training programs from Independent Contract Pilot aviation school

Looks like they are screening/hiring on behalf of IndiGo. But what I last heard, India has ceased to offer FATA for foreign FOs. I sent in my details to see what happens but am also trying to gather info on them concurrently.
