Why don't you (someone who doesn't work at Eagle) tell me (someone who works at Eagle) why the NA side doesn't suck.

Because here a few reasons why QOL sucks on the NA side.

They are short on planes(A lot of MELs), short on staff.
No MX at outstations(nothing like waiting 4-6 hours to fly MX out for a 5 min fix).
9 hours is a long overnight.
12 hours is a short duty day.
