Hopefully by the time someone has accumulated those times (2000 PIC and 1000 in type !!!) they would realize what a pathetic offer 24K / year is. Looking at the ProPilot survey from 06/2009 the lowest FO pay is 30K for a CJ1 with 35K being average and 45K at the high end.
The only way I could see anyone taking that kind of pay would be maybe 1000 TT and it might be a step up from instructing.
