Why is Colgan calling CFIs with no 121 experience when there are many that have flown -8's and jets that need jobs? Really I know many out of work pilots that have applied and haven't got a call.
Because those CFI's are bright eyed and bushy tailed... They'll take the punishment and say "thank you, may I have another trip"
