I have a lot of respect for those who earn their way and treat "younger" pilots with dignity and actually help. I don't have any respect for the 300/400 hour wonders that got lucky during a serious hiring boom and never had to do what we have to do to scratch for turbine time BUT STILL SMUGLY SNIPE AT THOSE OF US WHO HAVE WORKED AT FLIGHT SCHOOLS FOR YEARS TO MEET ATP MINS. Between flight instruction and management, I have worked at flight schools since 2001. I want out! I want to fly an airplane and not a desk!!
