I have a lot of respect for those who earn their way and treat "younger" pilots with dignity and actually help. I don't have any respect for the 300/400 hour wonders that got lucky during a serious hiring boom and never had to do what we have to do to scratch for turbine time. I started in 2001 also and Im on my 4th airline... I feel for you man, but the airlines are not always the answer. Just food for thought.
