I duno I think older guys with 10-15yr left and management holds a big enough carrot why should they even care what becomes of the airlines in twenty years. Its a shame but i think scope is going away. Regionals will be the domestic airlines.
Some people have a conscience that's why. Some care about there kids and there kids children. The author is over 10 yrs. late in writing this. Time to draw the line. I think your wrong about Regionals becoming the domestic airline.
