Hawker is trying to tell everyone it is a false indication problem. I was actually in the airplane for the first two problems and it was no indication problem the trim tab was visually verified hard over to the left. Best of all Beechcraft is trying to tell me that it was a bad indicator. When asked if the indicator could move the trim tab they said no. I then asked them if the indicator could prevent the pilot from moving the trim tab they said no. So, I am wondering how the indicator is the cause of this problem.
