Anybody with those minimums who accepts that pay is either lying about his/her qualifications or is just plain stupid and if ever met you and you actually admitted to that I would be more than happy to tell you what an idiot you are. Thanks for screwing up the industry and any owner/operator that would stoop that low deserves what they get. That just sucks ! Don't do it !!!!
