Okay, so maybe some people disagree with the style of Piedmonsters post on Ask Piedmont. But my first thought is, if he didn't do something about it, then who would? If you are one of the people who doesn't agree with what he wrote, then at the very least you should consider him a necessary evil. Without those complaints, they never would have changed the hotel. If you disagree with the way he wrote the post, then why don't you step up and try to fight for improvement in a way you think more appropriate?

My second thought is a litte more important. Although Piedmonsters posts about the training hotel may have been necessary to get something done, it did accomplish something else...
Considering the negotiations that we are currently undergoing, or lack thereof, we are only going to survive this as a unified pilot group. You know why management responded to the ridiculous post above and left some other more important questions unanswered? Because this was the perfect tool to get the pilots fighting each other. Once that starts, management can play us like a fiddle. We can kiss our contract good bye if we don't forgive these small things, and work together. You might not like Piedmonsters style, but you and he are both brothers at the same airline, both fighting for better pay and better work rules. Work through it and get over it.
