Bad,

Not trying to start anything but I find it unusual that the fifth post you make to a pilot forum is to try and find a jet for a friend to manage. Not sure what your background is because there is no info on your profile, but generally when a plane is taken over by a new management company that does not bode well for the pilots of the plane. If they are lucky enough to keep their jobs there is usually some form of pay / benefit reduction involved.

If I am wrong about this I apologize, but I do not see this being of any benefit to the pilot group as a whole, I do see a small possible benefit to a owner, and a definite benefit to your buddy, but no benefit to a corporate pilot.

If someone else has a better understanding of this please explain it to me.
