Just another reminder that when something occurs, big or small, it is best to just keep quiet. No talking to the feds, the company, the media or other pilots. You cannot lie, but no one can compel you to speak. Also, the only lawyer that represents you is the one you pay. The association lawyers represent you as a member of the association so IMO their loyalties are split.
