Our Premier is the same way needs a small trim adjustment here and there. That is until it started having this problem now the rudder trim just starts traveling full left whenever it feels like it. It has happened three times once in flight and twice on the ground. I was able to gain control of the trim once but the other two times it traveled hard left and would not except any inputs from the rudder trim switch.
