Seriously, what have the Union's done? Seems like they gave away scope and work rules and pensions are worse then ever, so don't bother using that one again.
A union is only as strong as it's members. If the pilots vote out scope for money, we have no one to blame but ourselves. Maybe if people actually read contracts and asked questions BEFORE they voted for them things might improve.
This is a good move. If someone doesn't vote, then it shouldn't count.
