Perhaps the owner of said Hawker would possibly keep the plane instead of putting it up for sale if it had more time put on it.
Any owner that's dependent on charter to keep an aircraft, shouldn't have it in the first place. I'm also finding more and more owners are not wanting their aircraft chartered because of the potential abuse that occurs.
