It truly amazes me how bitter that people are. Life is to short. Be concerned with how you are supporting yourself and your family and not so much with how the next door neighbor is doing it. The stress level would be far lower, but then...what would we have to complain about?

You cannot logically blame the pilots for taking jobs to feed their families, be mad at the company. Its like finding your wife with another man and being more mad at the other man than your wife. Place blame where it is due, with the company and then move on if you don't like it. Nobody is stopping you. A company will do what is necessay to maintain profit margins and to fit whatever business profile that the investors / owners wish...right or wrong. Welcome to the business world. Business is business people, get over it or risk being a very bitter old (wo)man. The glory of our free society is that you can go work wherever you want, and the good comanies will take care of their own if they want to keep them. Eventually, the "bad" companies will be weeded out. Attrition is expensive in more ways than one.
