Compass will not come into play until at least February. That is the word from the feds up here regarding certificate approval. If things continue to go as they are, NWA is going to not have any furloughees to staff that operation so in effect the scope clause is null and void with respect to regional jet flying. Could be interesting to see what happens by mid-spring. Stay tuned.
