We are but pawns in this airplane game. If SWAPA is sitting at the IBT table (or in the background) they are there to learn a little something. I agree with you there. Though I doubt they are "helping out" as the OP wrote.

I also doubt SWA will ever merge with AAI; at least I hope not. Route overlap is scary actually, almost looks like a UA/CAL overlap on the domestic side of the house. It would probably be a great match (at least route match wise). I doubt either pilot group wants to merge.
