Always have had a good experience jumpseating with jetblue. A couple of weeks ago I ran up to the counter in EWR 30min prior to a flight with resevations holding music playing in one ear as the agent figured out the new system to get me on the flight. Ended up getting a seat. The new system is a bit frustrating but its getting easier as people get more aquanted with the program. Thanks for the rides
