Anybody considering working for this company.....DON'T!! I watched to many people get fired for nothing. They pencil whip MX inspections, force you to fly in weather conditions not suitable for the Caravan (ask FSU pilot). One CA had smoke in the cockpit, brought it back, told the chief pilot, the next day got smoke in the cockpit again...MX never looked at it. Working here is like handing your certificate to the FAA. Oh and the "CEO" as they call him, is 24 years old and has maybe 1000 hours of flight time and is as dumb as a rock. He was a former ramper at Horizon, hows that for experience in running a company.
