I think for those of us that have alliances, it isn't a big worry. As a DAL pilot, I don't worry about KLM/AF guys flying our struck work anymore than they should worry about us flying theirs. But we will never be allowed to strike, so the question is moot. As for the pay issue, I do not know, but I think most of them are better paid than us...
