Negotiating? SWAPA offered FAPA the worst case scenario and said take it or leave it. FAPA was more than willing to negotiate for an additional week and if that didn't work let it go to mediation and then arbitration. Why was SWAPA so opposed to letting an arbitrator hear our respective cases and then make his ruling? Surely SWAPA's case would have been a slam dunk right?
