MAG has asked the court for relief from the automatic stay in order to get a declaratory judgment on the controversy between United and MAG (United Airlines Fights Mesa Air Group Over Airplanes, BNET)

This is where the Judge, after analyzing the controversy, simply issues an opinion declaring the rights of each of the parties involved.
