I think this is fairly accurate. IF someone said I have 10,000 hrs of boeing time but no hs diploma is this good enough to work here many would say no. Well, college is the new High school and it stinks for those who didn't get a chance to do it for some reason, but thats just the way it is. I think all young ppl these days understand that you MUST go on to higher education. No it might not be all far but it is the way of the future and the supply definately allows them to push it.
