Wages at the regionals will have to go up to entice 135 pilots to jump on in which in turn will free up spots for low time pilots. If that does not happen, there will be a shortage.
Or we will have more 135 and corporate guys making the jump straight to major. Either way I think it's a step in the right direction for the profession.
