Next...claiming to be something you aren't in the military can fall under the "Stolen Valor Act". Not an attorney, nor do I play one on TV...but somebody is probably going to at least look at it.
A quick wiki read makes it seem that the stolen valor act is somewhat limited to wearing devices, awards, or medals.
