The only thing published on the FAA website is the withdrawl of a NPRM from 1995:

Flight Crewmember Duty Period Limitations, Flight Time Limitations and Rest

The do however have a current NPRM that is open for comments until 4/9:

My guess is the FAA is just going to wait for congress to force them to do something
