What is an hour of your time worth?
I think the bottom line is, everyone needs to ask themselves what is an hour of their time worth to them. Probably, the pilots at Northwest and Delta have given some consideration to that question. I asked myself that in 2003, and decided my time was worth more than the "C scale" pay American was willing to pay me. The people at Delta and Northwest have had over two years to save some bucks (if they were senior), or to make plans to switch carriers. You don't want to be the last in line to divert or else you'll find yourself number 15 or 20 to be fueled, if there is any fuel left.
