It's usually after a couple of years and you get nothing in return. The guy I met that had left AA had 1.2 in his bank account when he walked. I, for one, am not interested. Is he qualified? Maybe. Is he the most qualified. Don't know.
At that rate, we shouldn't hire any retired military, either. How dare they come looking for a job at Fedex, when uncle sugar is giving them a good check every month for the rest of their lives!!
