Aviation Issues. Then FOQA comes along and you guys get further scrutinized. Seems like if you even farted in a sterile cockpit someone would flip out. ASRS is an amazing safety tool and works for one reason: confidentiality. I love aviation safety and the practice of it but allowing companies to spy on you will do nothing for safety only distrust. No offense, but as a ex FOQA data reader, management cant tell jack about flight crew and data due to the unions, which is good, it does what it is supposed to.
