The fly confirmed for less seems like a scam to me. I could book a flight on delta.com for $300, $50 of which was taxes and fees.
I went onto fly confirmed for less with the exact same itinerary, they were direct flights, and the price was $260. $100 of which was taxes and fees.
I emailed the pass people to ask them about it. Their answer was that they have no idea. I just do not understand how taxes and fees could be double when a fare is reduced.
Did they say that they would take a look into the issue? It appears that is a common response when our technology doesn't work...."I have no idea" and everyone is fine with that answer. The issue doesn't get investigated and/or elevated and is not taken care of.
