They probably didn't get enough factual info to take action. They can't just pull him offline because some people posted some things on baseops.
But I agree with BHopper88...now that it's apparent what kind of issues the guy must have, it's not funny anymore. I'm not going to close the thread but lets think of our own dignity here.
