Anyone feel like Eagle's jobs are in great threat with yesterdays news? Eagle's contract is up in 2013. AA can feed themselves with JetBlue. Much more cost effective 'per seat, per mile' in an Emb-190 vs. an Emb-135.
Seems like AA might do what Delta did to Comair...(plus I am sorry AA, your in a bad position too. Not sure whos worst off in the future. Blue Chicken or Big Bird)

As 7777 says, they can go for other contracts but they would still own Eagle. Maybe AMR can workout a deal with Republic as they specialize in buying money loosing operations.
