That would be out of malice. TM lied and that can be proven...using pictures to illustrate that would not be the same as superimposing your buddies head on something for giggles.
A good illustration of this is
the Steve Bartman incident. This poor guy was photoshopped on everything, including Sadaam Hussein and lighting the Hindenburg on fire. He did something in public, on National Television, in front of 39,000 Cubs fans...and they are free to opine.
Likewise...one of the 53,000 ALPA members who received the article containing actual lies by TM is not going to get sued for putting his head on Washington, Chuck Yaeger, or any other hero/villain.
