keenster, I was with you, right up until you made that comment. ANYTHING that costs the company money eventually costs ME money. That's just the way life works. I've talked to several former MEC reps who admitted all of the changes to our payrates in C2K would add additional burdens on our DB. "No sweat," they said, "that's the company's problem. They'll just have to fund it." Well, they had to.... until they didn't. And the rest is history.
