of course what I meant to communicate was that a rejection letter to a qualified pilot is too final. trying to hire the most experienced could backfire because in short order, most likely after gainining currency, they will be gone. Keeping the less experienced though qualified in a pool until the stellar supply dries up would be wiser.imo.
