We are the front line and in many cases the difference between a return customer and a complaint. That is how you aid the company. Information that is timely, accurate and without bias. OK, maybe it is time for a Waves attitude adjustment. As you may have noticed, I am a story and comparison machine. I often compare past experiences with the present.
