I agree; have you seen PSA's planes? A world of difference. I can't believe the company hasn't spent some of their windfall on upgrading the aircraft interiors.

Pinnacle itself runs a great "numbers" operation. I read an article that at one point this year, during a 3 week period, they had zero cancels due to mx issues (just ATC delays). Pretty impressive. AWAC management goes crazy if that happens one day here.

AWAC = "premium product"? I think not.
