Who wants to drive a van and be home every night when a guy could be winging his way to a malaria endemic zone while checking out the State Department's travel warnings first hand? I'm going to start wearing a CNN hat and walking around with a microphone on layovers.

Ummmmmmm.....I'm on 3rd yr 320 FO pay @ DAL, and I'll make more then $74,000 on min guarantee alone. I also don't have 5 type ratings or anywhere near 5000 121 PIC. Where did you get your numbers from?

Also, I don't get anywhere near malaria endemic zones....................
