You mean you're calling it LIKE YOU SEE IT. to be blunt, I've worked under both systems, you have not. I know where we gained and where we lost. I'll say again, we gained in some areas and lost in others. Time to move forward as its pointless to argue now. Just please dont come on here and say your not trying to stir the pot when you are.
