Maybe I should have just said, "I'm just calling it like all the SLI DAL attorneys saw it, all three mediators saw it, and the majority of the DAL S pilot group saw it." Would that work for ya? I'm glad I didn't have to work under both systems like you, because I would of had to take a pay cut to work under your old rules. If you think I am trying to stir the pot, then so be it.

By the way, just to amplify just one point: Since no one ever flies the exact same amount of hours each month, should those fluctuations be considered pay raises and pay cuts?

If one flies 70 hrs this month and then 80 hours the next month, I guess this would be considered a pay raise. Then if one flies 70 hours the next month, they have just recieved another pay cut. So if this holds true, then DAL could conceivably drop your hourly rate by 25% and then you could just fly 30% more and you would instantly have a 5% pay raise. I think you are confused my friend.
