You are certainly familiar with the group of flight qualified managers who sought union representation, were subsequently fired and later awarded various settlements. What is stopping managers, such as yourself, from re-energizing this movement? It was well before my time, but it seems to me the case was a clear cut victory for those pilots involved.
Also, would the managers you are familiar with be opposed to a date-of-hire seniority integration with the IPA or would they hold out for current seat seniority. Just curious.
