Sadly I've started to find that the contract is like a game of jenga, you go in there and pull a block thinking it won't hurt anything and the whole thing topples down. Such as; "hey if you don't need that vacation then sell it and make some extra money..." and then people are furloughed.

Is there a downside to a sliding reserve pay? I'm tired and can't think of any off hand but if a sliding scale can be vetted and still works then I'm all for it.
