It all comes down to what each pilot group believes is fair. NWA wanted DOH, Delta got relative percentage. I was hired in 85 and now have 89 hires ahead of me. Most likely younger guys that will retire after me. What is so hard to understand about that. If the SLI went the DOH method you would be truly steaming. We are trying to put this behind us. Not cool when you keep bringing up the seniority list.
