Very nice post. I understand your frustration with all the changes. Changing procedures you have used for years let alone PBS, the AE system etc. would have overwhelmed me. In my case, it's hard to teach an old dog new tricks!! All I can say is I'm very thankful that I didn't have to go thru what you guys did. I'm used to "drinking from the firehose" for about 2 weeks at a time not for a year! Too use a flying analogy............I'd still be a 100 miles behind the airplane!! Hopefully by this time next year everyone will be more comfortable and we will be well on the way to adopting the best practices of both airlines. ( For T, that's the plural of "Airline" and "Air Lines!!!)
