I personally know some Delta FO hired from 07 on and I have flown with alot of guys here at CPZ.

I have flown with United, ABX, ATA, Aloha, Gemeni, Champion, Airtran, USAirways, American, Furloughed FO's.

I have also flown with 15 year 757 Captains plus DC10, MD11 Captains

So yeah we have pilots who are more exprienced than recent new hires.
