You guys should watch the Matrix some time. You can learn a lot. Remember when the guy says "when you're ready, you won't have to dodge bullets"? Same thing applies here. When the airline wants to hire you, they'll hire you even with no effort by you. You can't force an employer to give you a job because you have an X amount of flight time or an X amount of multi time.
